Food intolerance, allergies and sensitivities? What is the difference?
I often speak with women who use these words interchangabely like they are the same thing – but they are not. Knowing the difference can help to make important choices in how you manage them. This means you can improve digestive symptoms like irritable bowel. These include constipation, diarrhea, bloating, cramping and flatulence.
Additionally, foods can impact us outside of our gut. Our food choices can affect the skin, our joints energy, female hormones, auto-immune conditions. They can also affect our sugar cravings and sleep!
