Hi, I’m Anna!
Online business owner since 2014, cat mum of two, ocean, food and chocolate lover, half mermaid, and CFS survivor!
I have more than 15 years experience in the health industry, a Masters Degree in Personalised Nutrition, and I am a fully certified and Trauma-Informed Functional Medicine Practitioner with the Institute of Functional Medicine.
Despite a lifelong interest in health, in 2016 CFS and mold illness turned my life upside down.
Always the achiever, being unwell was not an option I was prepared to settle for. I committed myself to finding out what I needed to be well. It changed me as a person and as a practitioner, and it changed how I run my business.
And then dedicated my practise to reach and support more people in their own healing journeys.

I hold a first class Masters Degree in Personalised Nutrition and first class Degrees in Human Kinetics & Ergonomics and Biochemistry.
I am a fully certified Functional Medicine Practitioner with the Institute of Functional Medicine
Neurostrategies and NLP Practitioner.
I also hold a diploma in psychoneuroimmunology
I have over 200 hours of trauma training and have completed my Advanced Training in Somatic Experiencing®

I was constantly exhausted and I never had the space and energy for my kids. I changed my relationship with rest and I learnt to support my nervous system. I tweaked my diet, invested in Functional Testing and added in supplements to support my immune system. I now start most days feeling incredible!
