Fatigue Recovery Road Map
A personalised strategy process for people with complex fatigue who want clarity on what to focus on next.
If you feel stuck between conflicting advice, endless research, and trial-and-error protocols, this roadmap helps you understand where to focus your energy first.
Feeling lost, overwhelmed and too tired to work it all out yourself?
You are in the right place.
I’m a Functional Medicine Practitioner and Nutritional Therapist with more than 17 years of experience. I support people with complex fatigue such as, ME/CFS, post-viral fatigue, long covid and other energy limiting illness.
My role is to help you make sense of what may be contributing to your symptoms so you can focus your time, energy and resources on the things most likely to support your health.
Does this sound familiar?
You are tired of feeling tired
Your energy impacts every part of your life and it’s becoming difficult to keep up with daily activities, let alone work and relationships.
You feel overwhelmed and unsure where to start
You’re researching constantly but the information is confusing and contradictory.
Your test results are “normal”
You’ve been told everything looks fine, yet you still feel far from well.
You need someone who understands
You want a practitioner who takes your symptoms seriously and helps you make sense of what’s going on.
You’ve tried nervous system or brain retraining approaches
They may have helped somewhat, but you still feel there may be underlying physiological factors to address.
YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A SECOND OPINION
You may have worked with other practitioners but still feel you haven’t fully explored the bigger picture.
Fatigue Recovery Road Map
Your Personalised Functional Medicine Strategy for Supporting Your Energy and Health
Many people living with chronic fatigue are highly knowledgeable about their condition. Yet despite years of research and trying different approaches, it can still feel difficult to know what to prioritise.
It’s common to move between practitioners, try helpful strategies in the wrong order, or spend significant money on supplements and testing without a clear overall plan.
What is it?
The Fatigue Recovery Roadmap is designed to change that.
Together we review your health history, symptoms and previous testing to create a high-level strategy that helps you understand what to focus on, in what order, and where your time and resources are best invested.
The goal is to give you clarity and direction, so you can stop the cycle of trial and error and move forward with a plan that makes sense for your body.
HOW the Fatigue Recovery RoadMap WORKS
A simple step-by-step process designed to help you move from confusion to clarity.
STEP 1: BOOK Your INITIAL Consultation
The first step is to book your information-gathering consultation.
This takes place on Zoom, and at least 7 days’ notice is required so I can prepare properly.
STEP 2: PURCHASE & COMPLETE YOUR INTAKE FORM
To confirm your appointment , payment is required.
Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive a detailed Health Intake Form to complete. This allows you to share important information about your symptoms, lifestyle, routines, and any previous test results from your doctor or healthcare practitioner.
STEP 3: First Intake Call and Strategy Proposal Report
Using the information gathered so far, I’ll begin preparing a high-level strategy proposal for your Fatigue Recovery Roadmap.
You’ll receive a copy of this proposal to review ahead of our next consultation.
STEP 4: Strategy Discussion Consultation
You’ll meet with me on Zoom to review your strategy proposal together.
This is an opportunity to ask questions and refine the details so the plan feels manageable and you feel clear on what to focus on and how to get started.
STEP 5: Final Strategy Report
Once your plan has been agreed, I’ll finalise your Fatigue Recovery Roadmap report.
This will include the key recommendations discussed, such as suggested testing, supplements, and relevant diet and lifestyle guidelines to help you begin implementing your strategy.
STEP 6: Email Support OR UPGRADE
As you begin implementing your plan, questions may arise.
You’ll receive two weeks of email support after receiving your final strategy report so you can clarify any questions and feel confident getting started.
If you feel you would benefit from more structured guidance, you also have the option to upgrade to six months of 1:1 support.
When you book your Roadmap you receive:
- Two private consultations to explore your symptoms, history and strategy
- A personalised Fatigue Recovery Roadmap report outlining recommended next steps
- Guidance on testing priorities so you know where to focus your resources
- Supplement and lifestyle recommendations tailored to your case
- Two weeks of email support to clarify questions as you begin implementing your plan
Includes two consultations, a personalised strategy report, and two weeks of email support.
I was constantly exhausted and I never had the space and energy for my kids. I changed my relationship with rest and I learnt to support my nervous system. I tweaked my diet, invested in Functional Testing and added in supplements to support my immune system. I now start most days feeling incredible!
I am someone who has suffered repeated episodes of burnout, depression, anxiety and chronic migraines. I had tried the majority of things you are "meant" to do to improve your mental and physical wellbeing. Anna brought to my attention the missing keys.
I discovered Anna and connected deeply to her niche-- trauma informed functional medicine. Her compassionate approach made all the difference for me compared to my earlier experience with functional medicine, which fed the perfectionism and fear that I was already doing. This time around I feel empowered and supported by the testing information and treatment protocol. I am feeling increased energy each day as I implement the protocol.
This approach is shaped not only by clinical training, but also by personal experience...
I’m a Functional Medicine Practitioner, Somatic Experiencing Practitioner, and MSc graduate in Personalised Nutrition with more than 17 years of experience working in the health industry.
But my work is also shaped by personal experience.
In 2016 I developed CFS and mold illness, which completely changed my life. Navigating chronic fatigue firsthand transformed how I understand health, recovery, and the complexity of long-term illness.
It also changed how I practise.
Today my work combines functional medicine, nervous system support, and a trauma-informed approach to help people living with complex fatigue conditions better understand what may be contributing to their symptoms and where to focus next.
Alongside my clinical work, I’m also an online business owner, a cat mum of two, and someone who loves the ocean, good food and a square of dark chocolate.
