I’m Anna, Trauma-Trained Functional Medicine and Somatic Experiencing Practitioner with my own personal healing journey. 

I help people with energy limiting illnesses, including, but not limited to, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, Post-Viral Fatigue, Long Covid, Fibromyalgia and Autoimmune Conditions. Everyone heals differently but I believe in an intergrated approach which combines the power of a mindbody medicine with diet, lifestyle and supplement supports.

Some of these will be physical imbalances (like blood sugar, digestive dysfunction or toxic load) and others may be reorganising the patterns that our wonderful nervous system once created to help us survive and get this far!

How much we need to work on one versus the other differs case by case.

Some people may need a lot of support for their nervous system, while others may need a lot more support the physiological aspects of health, others may be in the middle.

You can join the monthly subscription and cancel at any time. As soon as you sign up you will have access to your first module and you can get started.

There is no set time frame that you have to complete anything. The most important thing is that you work at a pace that is right for you. 

This is a self study program only. You will have opportunity to ask questions and receive some support on the group calls.

Yes, you can join the membership even if you are interested in only one aspect of what is available. You may find that as you work through one course, you may become curious about exploring other options. 

Yes! The course is appropriate for anyone with a chronic illness, anxiety, digestive issues, depression, insomnia, PoTS, Fibromyalgia, auto-immunity or just a general interest. Examples may at times be tailored towards a fatigue population

You can join at the rate of £39 per month. This will be billed on a monthly basis and can be cancelled at any time. When you cancel your subscription, you will lose access to the course and call recordings. 

Anyone can join the program whether you male or female. This is a co-ed program. 

The group calls will be confirmed on a monthly basis. Normally they take place on a Thursday at 4pm BST or GMT. 

There are no additional costs.

All calls will be recorded and you will have access to them in the membership portal. 

You can ask questions on the group call. 

Once you have started your subscription, no refunds are available but you may cancel at any time. 

There are an unlimited number of places available but group numbers may vary. 

The great thing about an affordable subscription model is that you give whatever time and energy you have. There is no rush or pressure to keep pace with a group.

Having worked with many clients with energy limitations, I know how important it is to pace yourself and work within your capacity. The membership gives you the option to self pace and make small changes on your terms.
