Methodology
Supporting You to Find Stability and Build Resilience
Have you found yourself exhausted, overwhelmed, or feeling like you’re going in circles searching for answers? Perhaps it feels like no matter what you try, whether it’s a new supplement, test, or protocol, nothing quite sticks.
I want you to know, you’re not alone.
I’ve been in your shoes, navigating the complexities of chronic fatigue and feeling unsure of where to turn next. It’s an exhausting process that leaves many people feeling frustrated and ready to give up. But here’s the truth I’ve seen time and time again in my recovery and the journeys of the clients I’ve worked with:
True healing isn’t about chasing “the one thing” or quick fixes. It’s about creating a strong, stable foundation for your body to heal and thrive.
That’s why I created the Foundational Five Methodology.
It’s a step-by-step framework designed to support your resilience and recovery through five essential pillars. These pillars work together to restore your body’s balance, reduce overwhelm, and help you break free from the cycle of survival mode.
This isn’t about magic bullets. It’s about helping you make sense of your symptoms and equipping you with tools that prioritize stability, energy, and ease. Together, we’ll take the guesswork out of your healing so you can confidently move toward the life you deserve.
Why Stability Is at the Core of Recovery
When you’re living with conditions like Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS/ME), Long COVID, or Fibromyalgia, it’s common to feel as though your body is working against you. This often happens because your body is stuck in a syndromal pattern.
Think of it like this: your nervous system and body have spent so long in survival mode, responding to stress and unresolved challenges, that it’s now hardwired to operate from a state of imbalance. Even small changes in your environment can feel overwhelming, whether they’re positive or negative.
But here’s the good news.
Human beings are inherently built to heal.
Human beings are inherently built to heal. Your body has an incredible ability to self-regulate, self-organize, and restore balance. It just needs the right conditions to feel safe enough to begin. That’s why stabilisation is the foundation of my approach.
The Foundational Five Methodology gives your body that feeling of safety. When these systems are stabilized, healing becomes not only possible but sustainable.

How the Pillars Work Together
The Foundational Five aren’t separate solutions; they’re interconnected layers, working together to support your body as a whole.
For example, stabilising blood sugar can reduce stress on your nervous system, helping you sleep better. Better sleep, in turn, allows your body to restore its energy reserves, reducing inflammation and making pacing more manageable. This ripple effect is how sustainable recovery is built.
The Results You Can Expect
Working with these interconnected foundations allows you to experience shifts you may not have thought possible, including:
- Feeling calm, centered, and confident in your body.
- Waking up with consistent energy that lasts all day.
- No longer feeling stuck in a constant state of survival.
- A renewed sense of hope and control over your healing.
